Note : if you hold the legal status of refugee, please contact our centre directly to process your registration.

Please note that we must receive a copy of your ID and payment within 3 days of registering online for us to consider your application complete.

Additional Information

Refund and Reschedule Policy

If you wish to request a refund or reschedule 5 weeks before your test date, please contact our centre in writing.
Please note that there is an administrative fee of $70 for refund requests, and $25 for rescheduling your test.

If you request a refund or wish to reschedule your test within 5 weeks of your test date, please submit the Request for Refund or Test Date Transfer Form, along with the necessary documents to demonstrate illness or serious cause.
Please note that certain conditions and a cancellation/transfer fee will apply.

Changing Modules

If you wish to change your module from Academic to General Training or vice-versa, please inform us in writing at least 5 weeks before your test date. We will try to accommodate any requests made within 5 weeks of the test depending on availability. There will be a $25 administrative fee for changing your module.
